Submit your design idea and upload any reference files through our custom request form. Our team will review your submission and provide a quote with pricing and timeline. Once you approve the quote, we'll begin production.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and PSD files. For best results, provide high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) or vector files.
How long does custom production take?
Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks from quote approval to shipping, depending on complexity and current order volume. You'll receive an estimated timeline with your quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom designs?
We can accommodate orders of any size, from single pieces to bulk orders. Pricing varies based on quantity, with discounts available for larger orders.
