Domestic Shipping
We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada & Mexico: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-21 business days
- Asia & Pacific: 14-28 business days
- Rest of World: 14-35 business days
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view tracking information in your account dashboard.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your T-Place purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return
- Log into your account and navigate to your order history
- Select the order you wish to return
- Follow the return instructions and print your prepaid shipping label
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom design requests, these orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
